General Motors has temporarily suspended the sale of three of its 2026 mid-size SUVs—the Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave, and GMC Acadia—due to an unspecified quality issue.
The measure, which affects only 92 units in total, was confirmed by the automaker and communicated to dealerships through an internal bulletin issued on July 7.
Until the defect is resolved, the vehicles cannot be delivered to customers, used for test drives, or transferred between dealerships.
All the affected models are part of a new generation that brought changes in design, powertrain, and technology features. They are manufactured at the same GM plant in Lansing Delta Township, Michigan, United States.
Although GM did not disclose details about the issue, the company stated that it expects to resolve the matter by the end of the week.
